Job summary

Highgate Hotels L.P. is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Courtyard Salinas to drive profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and staff development. You will lead daily operations with department heads and ensure adherence to Highgate SOPs.

The role requires 5–6 years of hotel experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and the ability to manage budgets, train managers, and maintain service standards in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years progressive hotel experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Drive hotel sales by targeting top accounts, meeting clients, and hosting events.
• Lead daily operations with department heads and coordinate improvements.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and trainings per Highgate standards.
• Manage budget processes and conduct monthly financial reviews with managers.
• Ensure department heads meet productivity targets and follow standard accounting procedures.
