Bojangles' is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Dickson, TN. You will lead restaurant teams to deliver Southern Hospitality, partnering with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales and profitability while maintaining a guest-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Experience onboarding employees and coaching teams.
• Experience with cash handling and bank deposits.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Partner with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Maintain a customer-centric culture and uphold BoFood/BoLabor systems.
