Vicious Biscuit is seeking an Assistant General Manager in South Carolina to help run our fast-casual breakfast brand. You’ll support the General Manager, drive guest experience, and lead a team in a busy restaurant with lines out the door.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of upper-level managerial experience.
• ServSafe and alcohol certification required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Lead hiring, training, and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
