What We’re Looking For: We need a warm, engaging individual who excels at connecting with both staff and guests. As Assistant General Manager, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing a diverse team and clientele. Flexibility is key, as the role involves evening shifts and weekends.

Your Responsibilities: As part of our leadership team, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities to ensure our restaurant runs smoothly, including:

  • Team Development: Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff to build a top-notch team.
  • Guest Experience: Oversee floor operations to guarantee consistent, high-quality service, and engage with guests for valuable feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Handle inventory and ordering of wine, beer, and liquor to keep our selections fresh.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage daily cash deposits/withdrawals and work towards meeting the restaurant's budget goals.

Who You Are: To shine in this role, you’ll bring:

  • 2 or more years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants.
  • A self-motivated work ethic and passion for hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • A desire to grow within the industry and make a meaningful impact.
  • Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required).
