Assistant Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
Become proficient in our sales and marketing techniques through training, designed to engage consumers, educate them on their options, and close the best deals for their households.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences, build strong brand relationships, and represent the company with integrity to facilitate future sales, understanding that not every interaction results in a sale.
Track new customer acquisitions, adhere to compliance protocols, and leverage referrals locally.
Once proficient in customer service and sales support, transition into a leadership role as a corporate trainer and mentor. You will train new hires, foster high performance, and set a positive example as a leader.
Ensure your team maintains accurate account updates, meets customer service and sales goals, and effectively represents the market.
