  • Schedule: Sunday - Friday 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM, hours remain flexible for business needs
  • Pay Range: $81,200 - $99,900

Job Summary

We are seeking a Fleet Assistant General Manager to lead our fleet operations at Google. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and leadership to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage vehicle safety for electric, gas, diesel, and alternative fuel vehicles, and develop safety training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage workplace and food safety, including allergen management
  • Design and oversee the overall fleet and operational experience
  • Train and develop team members
  • Oversee P&L and budget related to food distribution and fleet departments
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve performance
  • Research and reconcile financial results
  • Manage vehicle maintenance and safety programs
Candidate Requirements
  • Ability to promote food and workplace safety culture
  • College degree or relevant experience in facility operation and maintenance
  • 5+ years of operations management experience
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, transportation, and personnel management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred
