Sun Tan City - Metallic Tan is seeking an Assistant Salon Director in Kansas City to coach a toptier team and drive sales within a fast-paced salon environment.

You will lead daily operations, train staff, and maintain exceptional client experiences, with a clear path for growth into salon leadership. This role requires reliable evenings and weekend availability and a commitment to high standards of service.
