Sun Tan City - JB and Associates in Missouri seeks an Assistant Salon Director to coach a sales-driven team and manage daily salon operations. You will lead by example in sales, service, and operational excellence, delivering ongoing training and accountability to your team.

The role supports scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and client experience while developing promotions using sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
