Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director in Kansas to motivate and coach the team toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while maintaining exceptional client experience. You will lead by example in sales, service, and operations, delivering ongoing training and feedback to ensure accountability and performance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a personable, energetic leadership style to cultivate a positive salon
