Job summary

Taziki's Café in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, oversee a team, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, P&L awareness, and adherence to health and safety standards while delivering warm, Mediterranean-inspired service. This full-time role offers benefits including PTO, health insurance, 401(k), and opportunities for ownership.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1-3 years management experience.
• Prior knowledge of Profit and Loss statements preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and computer literacy.
• Ability to lead a team and drive goals.
• Must obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing your store’s P&L, assisting in scheduling, and following the GM’s direction to reach cost goals.
• Mastering menu and product knowledge.
• Serving guests, making meaningful connections with them.
• Being responsible for the restaurant and the team working.
• Setting the tone for the shift, and giving clear, calm directions to your staff about their duties.
• Supervising and mentoring your staff members and managing quality crew development, motivation, training and evaluations.
• Supporting or working stations when needed (kitchen included).
• Assist the GM in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Following proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shift.
• Following proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures.
• Proper food handling and storage of food products.
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance.

Management Positions are Full Time only.

Your Working Conditions/ Hours:

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:

• Morning shift - 7am - 4pm*
• Mid shift - 10am - 8pm*
• Evenings - 3pm - 10pm*
• Weekends - when applicable
• Holidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)

*Hours will vary by store.

You may work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.
