Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at our Deer Park service center. You will drive revenue growth, coach staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.

With 1–3 years in retail management, you’ll partner with the GM on budgeting, scheduling, and quality control, while developing teammates through our internal training program and recognition incentives.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring diverse groups.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and lead measures.
• Coach and execute excellent customer service to deliver guest experiences.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Provide guidance to technicians and CSAs.
• Perform opening and closing duties when GM is off.
