Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM by increasing guest count and improving core metrics.
• Coach and mentor team, delivering ongoing guidance and training.
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance in operations.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store processes with the DM on key initiatives.
• Provide clear direction to the team and lead daily huddles and store meetings.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls as needed.
