Qualifications

• 5-years of progressive restaurant experience preferred, two of which are in management.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of restaurant operations in tandem with or in the absence of the General Manager.
• Controls seating of the restaurant and oversees menu changes to maximize revenue and maintain service standards.
• Anticipates guests' needs and ensures guests' satisfaction.
• Trains and leads the team to success.
