Job summary

Superior Talent Source is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a new, high-energy full-service concept in Charlotte, NC. You will help lead the front-of-house operations, set standards for every shift, and shape the guest experience from the moment guests arrive to their final goodbye.

• Two or more years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or polished casual environment.
• New restaurant opening experience is a significant plus given where we are in our journey.
• You're a natural leader who connects with people, solves problems quickly, and keeps your composure when the floor gets busy
• You have a genuine guest-first mindset and a love for elevated hospitality, and you're hungry to grow.

Responsibilities

• You'll partner with the GM to lead daily FOH operations and set the standard for every shift.
• You'll build, inspire, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team while owning the guest experience from first impression to final goodbye.
• You'll keep operations sharp, with systems, standards, and service all running at a high level, and help drive the sales performance and culture that makes this place worth coming back to.
• As an early leader here, you'll also play a real role in establishing the habits and processes that define this restaurant long-term.
