Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join Timberline Steaks & Grille, reopening soon at the Denver Airport. The AGM will support the General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure a positive guest experience.

This role leads day-to-day staff, mentors front- and back-of-house teams, and helps with financial performance tracking. We offer competitive pay, bonus program, health benefits after 60 days, 401(k) match, paid time off,

Qualifications

• At least three years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Uphold Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies.
• Experience with multi-unit management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in setting objectives and staff targets.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
• Coach and develop staff and managers.
• Set and monitor quality and service standards.
• Oversee cash management and daily financials.
• Monitor stock control and ordering of supplies.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions.
• Maintain communications with restaurant staff and management.
• Stay current with alcohol service and licensing laws.
