As an Assistant General Manager overseeing the Purchasing department, you’ll lead all inventory control, pricing discipline, and compliance-related operations while serving as a Manager on Duty. This position is responsible for safeguarding company assets, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring all firearm and operational compliance standards are executed without exception.
While this role is operationally focused, the Purchasing AGM remains a floor leader and senior decision‑maker when acting as MOD, supporting sales execution, customer experience, and overall facility performance.
