Job summary

JLL in Miami is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of an Office property, collaborating with tenants, vendors and engineers. This role supports the Property Manager and provides leadership opportunities within Property Management.

On-site presence is required. The position emphasizes budgeting, financial reporting, lease administration, and coordinating maintenance and tenant services to maintain high property standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of commercial property management experience with tenant relations.
• Experience in budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tenant communications and service requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and monthly operating reports.
• Coordinate maintenance with engineering teams and contractors.
• Conduct property walks and inspections for safety and upkeep.
• Assist with lease administration, move-ins and file management.
• Help coordinate tenant events and building communications.
