Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to act in the absence of the GM and steward the asset(s) performance. You will oversee client and tenant satisfaction, work with the PM or GM to achieve NOI targets and capital improvements, and ensure leases, budgets, and operating plans are executed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience with budgets, financial reporting, and lease administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management, supervision, and professional development of the Property Administrator and ensuring 100% compliance with JLL IPMP process.
• Represent JLL in local and regional business and real estate community to promote JLL's capabilities to tenants and clients.
• Supports the Leasing Specialist in the preparation of lease and/or rental agreements and is responsible for lease administration process.
• Reviews and approves purchases of supplies and equipment in accordance with client budgets and parameters.
• Works with Client Accounting Services to manage the accounting process on-site and directs bookkeeping functions.
