Job summary

Student Quarters is seeking a Full-time/on-site Property Manager to assist the General Manager in managing a community and ensuring exceptional resident service. You will oversee staff, leasing operations, budgeting, and risk management, with a focus on occupancy and NOI.

The role requires at least two years in property management, a background check, and familiarity with Entrata. On-site work with competitive compensation and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management experience.
• Background check required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entrata software knowledge preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site staff through recruitment, training, coaching, and development.
• Provide training and motivation to leasing staff and conduct group sessions as needed.
• Strategic leasing management: maintain knowledge of the property and markets; show and lease units; implement sales and marketing plans to maximize occupancy and income.
• Assist the General Manager with achieving NOI through cost control and revenue strategies; identify trends and adjust plans.
• Assist in developing yearly operating budgets/forecasts and report data to Regional Director.
