Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in York, PA is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily restaurant operations, focusing on profitability, guest service, people development, and effective operations. This role supports the RGM and directly manages 20–45 hourly employees.

The AGM will drive KPIs, oversee inventory and cash controls, and coach Shift Coordinators to elevate performance and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory costs and perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections.
• Place and receive inventory truck orders.
• Maintain and regularly monitor restaurant assets.
• Ensure preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment with external vendors as required.
• Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed.
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Direct the restaurant team toward efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Uphold all operational and brand standards.
• Perform the duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
