Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Grenada, MS is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead restaurant operations, drive profitability, and develop people. You will manage inventory, assets, maintenance, and cash controls while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of quick-service management experience and some P&L understanding. The AGM supports the RGM and leads a team of 20–45 hourly staff in a single location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory costs and performs daily/weekly/monthly inspections.
• Places and receives inventory truck orders.
• Maintains and monitors list of restaurant assets.
• Ensures preventative maintenance with external vendors as required.
• Ensures cash control and security procedures (cash drawers, safe counting).
• Motivates and directs team to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Provides coaching to Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Directs team for efficient preparation and sale of products within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Ensures adherence to operational and brand standards.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Two years of college preferred

One to two years of quick-service restaurant/management experience

Understanding of P&L to influence profitability
