TITLE Boxing Club Plano is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading a dynamic team, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional member experience. This role focuses on operations, staff development, and achieving financial goals while upholding brand standards.

You will train and develop staff, manage daily operations, and help achieve club metrics. Availability 30–35 hours per week, CPR/First Aid certification preferred, with a flexible schedule including

• 1-3+ years in a managerial role and/or retail, hospitality, fitness experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, manage clients (via call, text, email, and/or in-person) with approachable energy.
• Fitness enthusiast; boxing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily task delegation and staff management.
• Drive member engagement and a high-performing team.
• Assist with training team members on club operations and sales.
• Support sales team and execute club sales metrics to enroll members.
• Promote revenue through class packages, private training, equipment, and retail sales.
• Provide direction and motivation toward achieving goals and a strong club culture.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate as needed to the GM.

GENERAL MANAGER TITLE Boxing Club Plano

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager with executing all sales, fitness, and operations functions within TITLE Boxing Club. The AGM provides an exceptional member experience, team environment, and contributes to the club’s financial success. The AGM trains, develops and leads a diverse, high-performing team to ensure goals are met and/or exceeded. This position is responsible for upholding company policies, brand standards and delivering the best club experience!

BRAND STANDARDS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the General Manager's 'go-to' resource for daily task delegation, staff management, & communication
• Deliver the best fitness experience by maintaining member engagement and a high-performing team
• Assist with training team members on club operations and sales
• Obtain and retain a high percentage of membership enrollments by supporting the sales team and managing the execution of the club sales metrics
• Drive the business forward through class packages, private training, equipment, and retail sales
• Provide direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals
• Establish a fun, safe, and community-focused club culture
• Help to resolve member concerns and escalates to the General Manager;when necessary

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3+ years in a managerial role and/or retail, hospitality, fitness experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, manage clients (via call, text, email, and/or in-person) and team member concerns with approachable & welcoming energy
• Fitness enthusiast and boxing experience preferred; however, not a 'knock-out' qualification

REQUIREMENTS
