Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to join our Peoria team. You’ll support the GM, coach teammates, and run daily operations across front of house, kitchen, bar and takeout to ensure fast, accurate service and memorable guest experiences.

We value leadership, high energy, and a team-first mindset. A minimum 2 years in restaurant management with full bar experience is preferred; high school diploma required. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• You know the game. Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred
• Experience counts. High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1-3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Possess ability and desire to create a fun, exciting environment for both guests and Team Members alike
• Skilled with basic mathematical computations
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience, and experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred
• High school education or equivalent, valid driver’s license to travel between units, satisfactory background check, and the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
• Successfully managed each department, Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar and HOH for a minimum of three periods each
