• Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent; provide all documents required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staffing schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
