Job summary

The Car Park in Wichita, KS is seeking a Management-level professional to oversee daily parking garage operations and lead a frontline team. You will drive client relations, scheduling efficiency, and real-time utilization while maintaining service standards.

A GED or high school diploma with 5+ years of supervisory experience in customer service is required. You will mentor staff, enforce safety and cash-control practices, and participate in audits to ensure 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in customer service.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote client relationship development through outstanding communication.
• Oversee daily activities of parking garages to maximize scheduling and utilization.
• Assist in onboarding, offboarding and performance management of team members.
• Ensure operational guidelines, security, cash control and customer service procedures are followed.
• Recommend and implement plans to improve safety and other operations aspects.
• Train team members in customer service, safety, and inclusion.
• Prepare and conduct operational audits.
• Ensure systems are operational 24/7.
• Set a positive and professional example for the workforce.
• Handle and safeguard cash during events as required.
