Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience at a senior management level in a high-volume setting.
• Two-year associate degree in Hospitality, Business, etc. or equivalent work experience.
• Strong guest service foundation, coaching and leadership skills required.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with P&L statements and labor models is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations and staffing with GM.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure service quality, safety, and beverage accuracy.
• Review monthly P&L and labor cost with GM.
• Maintain sanitation and compliance with regulations.
