Job summary

Cafe Zupas in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality and staff development. This role features a no-Sundays schedule, a defined career path with multiple raises, and a quarterly bonus plan along with comprehensive benefits.

You will mentor teams, ensure excellent guest experiences, and manage front or back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in restaurant/retail environments.
