Job summary

Cafe Zupas in Layton, Utah is seeking an Assistant General Manager. Enjoy no Sundays, a stable two-day off schedule, and a defined career path with six raises to reach General Manager.

Lead daily operations, mentor and develop your team, and foster a culture of positivity and guest-focused service. Build authentic relationships with guests and coordinate shifts for smooth service. Benefit from a quarterly bonus and full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management is a plus.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
