Café Zupas is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Utah. The role oversees daily restaurant operations (front or back of house), develops staff, and fosters a positive, guest-focused culture.

The position offers a set schedule with two days off weekly and a strong bonus program with 401K and full benefits. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail, plus a growth mindset and excellent communication.

Qualifications
