Cafe Zupas in Meridian, Idaho, seeks an Assistant General Manager who leads daily restaurant operations and develops a high-performing team. This role offers a no-Sundays schedule, a defined career path with six raises toward a General Manager position, and a quarterly bonus plan along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus).
• Available to work a five day set schedule.

• Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine.
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.
