Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coaching, and delivering legendary Southern hospitality. The AGM will lead shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and manage labor, costs, and safety. A people-first leader who thrives in fast-paced environments will excel in this role.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
People-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.
Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
