Job summary

Krystal is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations, coach staff, and deliver WOW guest service. You will balance leadership with hands-on daily management to ensure high-energy shifts and a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across all shifts, including weekends and holidays, while upholding Krystal standards and financial goals.
