Krystal is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver WOW service to guests. This role blends strong leadership with day-to-day management to drive energy and guest satisfaction.

Essential responsibilities include developing people, creating memorable guest experiences, acting as a brand champion, and leading business planning while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Must have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of management experience.
