McDonald’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Miami to drive Quality, Service, and Cleanliness across the restaurant. You will work with your leader to set goals and create plans to achieve them, while guiding Department Managers to reach targets and ensure excellent guest experiences.

You will coach teams to improve performance, lead with energy, and uphold McDonald’s service standards in a fast-paced environment. Excellent starting salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals.
• Set the restaurant’s goals with leaders and create plans to achieve them.
• Coach and direct departments to improve performance and service quality.
• Ensure McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are met.
