Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations and champion hospitality.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching and excellence in execution.
