Job summary

Krystal Restaurants Career Center is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead operations, develop people, and deliver WOW guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach leaders, manage schedules, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with Krystal standards. This role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of management experience, with availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years management experience.
• Excellent people leadership and guest service skills.
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great energy in the restaurant and sets the team up for success.
• Coaches and motivates the Shift Leaders and crew members.
• Recruits and develops top grade talent.
• Maintains Brand operating standards for product procedures, cleanliness standards and service expectations.
• Ensures the restaurant is a safe, sanitary and appealing place for everyone.
