Job summary

Buc-ee's Ltd is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Texas to lead a store team, uphold Buc-ee’s standards, and deliver a clean, friendly, and in-stock customer experience. The role emphasizes early mornings, weekends, and holidays with a 48-hour+ weekly schedule.

Responsibilities include acting in the Store General Manager's absence, managing personnel, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and compliance. A degree or relevant experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Degree from college or university or 1–2 years related experience.
• Fast-paced, high-pressure environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Prolonged walking/standing for 8–12 hours is required.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Store General Manager in their absence.
• Oversee POS devices and transaction accuracy.
• Reconcile shift reports and cash handling.
• Lead store team to uphold Buc-ee’s standards.
• Recruit, train and evaluate store personnel.
• Ensure safety rules and compliance are followed.
