Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of related management/retail experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Store General Manager in their absence or at their discretion.
• Utilize POS and transaction devices knowledge effectively.
• Reconcile shift reports and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assign and inspect elements listed on shift duty lists.
• Communicate with the Store General Manager and employees.
• Assist in recruiting, training, evaluating and managing employees.
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed.
• Identify and resolve customer and store needs with minimal supervision.
• Complete tasks efficiently and interact with team members.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
