Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in absence of Store General Manager.
• Promote customer service and maintain clean, in-stock environments.
• Manage personnel and ensure compliance with Buc-ee’s standards.
• Coordinate with staff to schedule shifts and training.
• Resolve customer and employee issues promptly and professionally.
