At KBP Foods, the KBP Brands family operates KFC restaurants nationwide. The Assistant General Manager will lead, train, and coach the team to create a positive and productive work environment while delivering excellent guest service and overseeing daily operations.

You'll manage labor and food costs, ensure food quality and safety, and participate in our internal development programs with ample opportunities for growth, paid training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC's standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
