Krystal is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver WOW service. You will balance strong leadership with guest satisfaction, energize the team, and uphold Krystal's standards for a fresh, friendly and fast guest experience.

Key duties include developing people, coaching shift leaders, coordinating promotions, managing schedules and inventory, and ensuring high quality food safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years management experience.
• Excellent people leadership and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates energy in the restaurant and sets the team up for success.
• Coaches and motivates the Shift Leaders and crew members.
• Recruits and develops top talent.
• Delivers WOW service and creates memorable guest experiences.
• Maintains Brand operating standards for product procedures, cleanliness and service expectations.
