KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a KFC restaurant, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced setting. You will manage staff, control costs, and uphold food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to close the restaurant two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
