Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar leadership role in quick service or retail.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach employees, and deliver strong guest service.
• Experience managing daily operations, inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain Taco Bell standards for quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for a safe environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
