Layne’s Chicken Fingers in Arkansas is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, training, and guest experience. You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced, fun culture that values great food.

You’ll oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and quality, help hire and develop teammates, ensure health and safety standards, and strive for exceptional service at every guest interaction. Prior restaurant management and ServSafe certification are pluses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food or drive-thru preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• ServSafe certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in managing restaurant operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Lead by example and inspire the team with a positive attitude.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Monitor inventory, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Help create schedules that meet labor targets and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
