Dukart Management LLC, a local McDonald’s franchisee, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop the team for advancement.

You will oversee training, food safety, inventory, and guest experience across shifts, ensuring fast, accurate service and adherence to standards. This role builds leadership skills and operational expertise for future growth.
