Job summary

Sun Tan City in Nebraska is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to keep the salon on track, coach the team, and ensure every client interaction shines.

You will lead daily operations, motivate staff to achieve sales goals, deliver ongoing training, and partner with the Salon Director to maintain high standards of service and a warm, positive atmosphere. This role offers growth opportunities and a clear path to salon leadership.
