Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members for a successful new store opening.

• Help manage labor scheduling, inventory control, and operational performance.
• Lead by example on the floor while coaching and developing team members.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Assistant General Manager Compensation And Benefits

• Base salary $50k – $58k depending on experience

Assistant General Manager Qualifications

• Ability to travel for 6 weeks of training in Houston, TX prior to opening
