Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service or upscale fast casual environments.
• Ability to support daily restaurant operations and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and cost controls.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team development.
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team.
• Travel for 6 weeks of training in Houston, TX prior to opening.
