Mister Car Wash, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training (MIT) at our Tucson location. This accelerated program develops leaders through hands-on operations, coaching, and mentorship, preparing you to lead a site as an AGM.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of leadership in a fast-paced customer service environment and a passion for people development in a growing nationwide brand.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in fast-paced retail/service operations preferred.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Understanding of daily site operations and quality standards.
• Experience with staffing and employee relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of daily operations from opening to closing.
• Understand performance data and drive operational results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations activities.
• Develop basic functional/ mechanical skills to maintain the site.
