Job summary

Mister Car Wash is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGMIT) to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced customer service environment. This accelerated program pairs you with a Certified Trainer to learn daily operations, staffing, and performance coaching while supporting a busy site.

You will gain hands-on experience across operations, people management, and customer experience as you prepare to lead a location.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience managing a team or supervising in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in high-volume retail or service operations and delivering consistent, quality customer experiences.
• Ability to take initiative, model company values, and drive performance and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations, opening/closing routines, quality and safety standards, and site flow.
• Understand performance data and use it to drive results.
• Develop and coach team members, manage staffing and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet quality expectations.
• Progress through the accelerated program to lead a Mister Car Wash location as General Manager.

We are hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGMIT) -- this accelerated development program is designed to prepare you for the Assistant General Manager position. • Bring proven leadership experience—at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer facing environment.
• Understand high-volume retail or service operations, including how to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
